1. Start with one end of the belt and place it near your belly button, leaving about a 15cm length hanging. This end stays still for most of the process.

2. Hold the end that is near your belly button in place. Wind the other, long end around your body twice.

3. Bring the long end back to the center and fold it under both layers of the belt.
 
4. Now, pull both ends to the front and make sure they are even lengths.
5. Move the short end over the long end, we're about to tie a knot.
 
6. Pull the long end through the loop you formed in the previous step.

7. Now tighten the knot firmly.
