JOLS is the official Australian Distributor for adidas martial arts equipment.
JOLS caters to all martial arts enthusiasts from beginner to champion and specialises in karate, judo, taekwondo, mixed martial arts, jiu-jitsu and boxing.
Priding itself on professionalism, JOLS strives to offer its customers the opportunity to receive high-end, quality products, without the premium price.
JOLS provides the uniform and equipment wanted by its customers, and does this through the simple access of a website or phone line.

History
JOLS was founded in September 1978 by its director Paul Jolley, and was primarily based at a small office in Melbourne’s CBD.
Originally named Melbourne Martial Arts Shop, the family business emerged to cater to the needs of those involved in martial arts in a way that had never been done.
With focus on being an easily accessible retail store, JOLS strived to create a brand that would appeal to everyone from shop owners, martial arts club owners, teachers and students.
As the company expanded, in 1980, JOLS relocated to a new position within Melbourne’s CBD and began selling a larger range of retail sporting goods.
As demand grew, the JOLS group relocated to Northcote, in the northeastern suburbs of Melbourne. This allowed for an expansion in trading opportunities, along with the addition of a warehouse and offices to the company.
In 1994, JOLS was made the official Australian Distributor for adidas martial arts equipment and merchandise, and this title still remains.
In April 2009, JOLS made the move to its current office at Tullamarine in
Melbourne’s North, based on a decision to expand its service while still focusing on retail customers.
JOLS now provides its customers with a range of over 300 different products, and this figure is steadily growing. |
